Hi there, I'm Ashley and I imagine you're here because you're having a hard time and wondering if talking to someone might help. Maybe you've had trauma in your past (or present) you'd like to talk about. Maybe you're just wanting someone to help you figure out if you're ok.

If you've never been diagnosed with a mental health condition but you're experiencing symptoms that are interfering with your life, I'd love to listen to your story and support you in feeling more calm, secure, and safe.
I have a decade of experience being an ally, advocate, and cheerleader for people who’ve experienced trauma, are struggling with substance use, and are having trouble feeling safe and comfortable in their bodies.
